What the FAQ

  • Do you offer custom designs?
    We love to receive design ideas and we always consider them for future collections. We can't always commit to special requests for specific colours or products on single orders, but ya never know. Working with bands, comedians, artists and cool people is kind of the dream, so shoot us an email at thecheekycreative@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do!
  • Where do your products come from?
    All our products are printed/hand-sewn, on-site, one by one, on a per-order basis, at different production facilities, almost entirely in the USA.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at thecheekycreative@gmail.com.
  • Why are you so cool?
    omg, how flattering. Sarcasm and passive aggression just come easy. What can I say?
  • What is dropshipping?
    It's a fulfillment method that allows us to avoid the challenges of maintaining an inventory. We work with partners who take care of all the logistics like production and shipping, one product at a time, allowing us to focus on designing rad products.
  • Why did I get items with different packaging?
    It means your items came from different manufacturers. For each product line, we choose the best partner possible but only some of them can use customized shipping labels.
  • Will I receive my order all at once?
    Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others and all the items in a single order might not be produced at the same location or even from the same manufacturer. This does not affect shipping cost.
  • Why don’t you offer express shipping?
    For small businesses, shipping worldwide from multiple sources can be very complex. In order to offer free shipping on a lower cart value for everyone, we had to keep it simple. Our market being a small niche, we've found that our store caters to savvy customers who generally look for style and design more than a quick delivery. That's why express or next day delivery is not available.
  • When will I get my order?
    The shipping time depends on your location, but it usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s If none of that shakes out, get in touch with us at thecheekycreative@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. We're so sorry 😩
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at thecheekycreative@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Definitely! Refunds are available to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at thecheekycreative@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    At this time, we don't offer exchanges, as our model is print-on-demand. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at thecheekycreative@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
  • What’s your return policy?
    We don’t offer returns and exchanges (everything we offer is print-on-demand), but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at thecheekycreative@gmail.com. To view our full Return Policy, click here.
